We want you to love your experience with Meraki. If you're a first-time customer and not satisfied with your order, you're eligible for a money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery.

📝 Refund Terms

  • Applies to first-time customers only

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • If you ordered multiple units, refunds may be conditional:

    • If only one item was opened/used, we may request the return of the unused products to process a full refund

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items.

  • No refunds for repeat orders, promotional bundles, or digital products.

Non-first time customer refund/return policy:

  • If a subscription order shipped because the customer did not cancel in time, a 15% restocking fee will apply to unopened returns.

  • For a non-first time customer, if items are open, the order does not qualify for returns/refunds anymore.

  • Meraki reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse.
